A message dated June 12, 2003, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

      "An Act relating to the authority of the Alaska Industrial                                    
      Development and Export Authority to issue bonds and to a

      Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; and
